Privacy statement

What data this website processes, why, and what your rights are.

version 2.1 · last updated 26 August 2026

The Dutch version of this page prevails; this English text is a courtesy translation.

This statement describes what data we process when you visit easy2audit.com or contact us through the website. It only covers the website: separate data processing agreements apply to platform customers.

The data controller is Easy2Audit Nederland B.V., Prinsengracht 769, 1017 JZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 57070016.

1. Contact and download forms

If you fill in the contact form, we process your name, email address, organisation and message. We use that data only to answer your question. If you also enter a phone number, we call you back about it and use the number for nothing else. If you request a download, such as the sample report or a whitepaper, we process your email address and optionally your name to deliver the download and possibly contact you once. If you leave a phone number there, you do so because you want to be called; we use it only for that and for nothing else. For both forms we also record which page or website brought you to the form and through which page or campaign link you entered our site, so we know which pages lead to questions and requests; this contains no personal data. Submissions are stored in a database at our hosting provider Cloudflare, in the Western Europe region. They also go to our own customer system, which runs at Supabase, so we can follow up on your question. In doing so we pass on your IP address once to prevent abuse of the forms; we do not store that address ourselves. Beyond this we do not share your data with others, unless the law requires it.

When you send a form we use your IP address briefly to prevent abuse, for instance to stop someone filling in the form hundreds of times. We do not store the IP address in our own database.

2. Booking a demo

On the page where you book a demo you can open the Calendly calendar. It only loads after you click it yourself: until that moment nothing goes to Calendly. If you book a meeting, Calendly processes the data you enter according to the Calendly privacy policy.

3. Visitor statistics

We record from which organisational networks the website is visited, based on the network (AS number and network name) you connect from, plus the country of that network. We store no IP addresses, device characteristics or profiles. This data cannot be traced to individuals.

We also use Google Analytics to measure how many visitors the site attracts and which pages they view. It is configured without cookies: the consent state is fixed to denied, so Google Analytics stores nothing in your browser and builds no profile. The figures we see are anonymised and partly estimated. During the measurement your browser does send your IP address to Google; according to Google's documentation it is only used briefly to derive a coarse location and is not stored. If your browser sends a do-not-track signal (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), we do not load the measurement script at all.

4. External resources

Fonts, icons and images are hosted on our own servers: during a normal visit your browser loads no files from other parties, so no IP address goes to an external supplier either. There are three exceptions: the Calendly calendar on the page where you book a demo, the Cloudflare bot check (Turnstile) on pages with a form, and the Google Analytics measurement script (see section 3). That bot check exists to keep out automated submissions, sets no cookies and does not track you across websites.

5. Security

The website enforces encrypted connections (HTTPS with HSTS) and collects as little data as possible.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Email info@easy2audit.com. Complaints can be lodged with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Changes

We update this statement when the website changes, for instance when statistics are added. The date at the top shows when the text was last updated.
